Journey to Wholeness is a
faith based women’s organization providing
and promoting “The Road to a Better You.”
Every girl and woman should be educated
appropriately to assist in making the right decision
applicable to her life.
STATEMENT TO THE PRESS:
As many of you may know the 2nd Annual Journey to Wholeness
Women’s Conference, “The Road to a Better You” was
scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Savannah
Civic Center. Unfortunately, due to hospice care
of my mother, Mrs. Nettie Alexander it is best to reschedule
the conference to next year. Plans are now underway to
hold the conference during Women’s History Month
in March, 2009. We will inform you of our new date for
March and our updated plans in the Savannah Tribune very
soon.
In the meantime, please know that we appreciate your understanding
and your support as the journey continues for my beloved
mother and for all of us.
